Why is my BF4 not working.

What have you guys done to my game it was working fine before i put ur stupid download on. Now since i have put this download in i now can not get back on EA Servers. And i am getting very The down load is Night Operations BF4. on xbox 360. Cause now i have Squad practice with my clan and now i can't. NOT HAPPY and my bosses are not very happy cause ur download is not working and has stuffed my game.Thanks TG KillerShrek.
