I have the same problem on the xbox one.  Seems to started happening after I installed the key code for China Rising expansion.  Has anyone responded?  Any fix yet for this?  EA please respond!

There is nothing much that we can do.

It is not BF4 issue and both Microsoft and Sony acknowledged that it is their SW that is causing the corrupted Data and Corruputed profiles. 

Here is what I found using Google for

It happened to me also even after the Jan 15th update.  I took the game back to the microsoft store at the mall and got a full refund and even got my BF4 Premium money back from calling into the xbox live support number.  No kidding.  This is a known issue that has no resolution.  What a JOKE!!

Had the same problem but on my ps4....., turn to youtube.. and here 's a clip on how to Save storymode
