Why does battlefield 4 keep freezing for me?

★★★ Novice

Before i begin, i must stress that i have always kept and maintained the newest drivers for all components to my computer. Each is checked daily for any update. My computer system is at the bottom of this question as it is a 64 bit DxDiag freshly ran  just now for this question. I run BF4 in x64 and x86 and still have the problem. It will just freeze and not recover. Like it crashes and the audio stops and everything just sits at a stand still. My friends would be in the game and just see me disconnect. Im confused as to why i have built a $2500 computer to have games cost $110 (BF4+Premium) and not be able to play them. My XP doesnt get credited to me that i earned. I cant play on this Double XP week as the problem is too bad that it freezes on every game i play it seems like. I've already called in about this before and they just said, "well, we'll just have to wait for an update and that will fix it.... Well i checked bc i've been updating BF4 every few hours before i try again and still nothing. What is my issue??
