Why do my loadouts keep resetting?

Every time I launch the game, my loadouts will be changed and say I have new unlocks. When playing on the new expansion packs, my loadouts are reset to what I used months before. This is beyond annoying and was also a problem in battlefield 3!

You can try to clear your console cache by pressing the Xbox One icon on your console for at least 10 seconds. If that still won't help, you might need to delete your game-files from your console in order to re-install and update the game.
