Why didn't I get the Battlefield 4 Premium upgrade when I pre-ordered?

Hi,

I have a repceipt saying that i Pre-ordered the Battlefield 4 game. How come I don't have Premium access to the future maps and the other perks that other Premuim users have?

 Premium  is the extea map packs you have to pay for not the pre order bonus

You will receive a premium expansion pack (out of the five contained in the Premium membership), namely China Rising, as part of your pre-order. China Rising will be available in December, once available you will be able to download and play China Rising.
