Whill there be naval combat on the Siege of Shanghai map whn the game releases??? [ Edited ]

I would not get Battlefield 4 if a big part of the game is left out of the 360 or current gen versions!!!! I've only heard naval combat confirmed for the Paracel Storm map for the 360. I will not get Battlefield 4 if naval combat is left out the maps that should have it.
