When BF4 is loading. It Does not enter the game

I have re -installed BF4 on a new SSD drive. When I want to play on any of the DLC's or old maps on any server, the game does not enter. Its just stuck on the loading screen. Even if the game in Battlelog says that I'm playing. I have re-installed the game about 5 times with the plug in download. I have updated PB as well. I'm realy stuck. If anyone can help me with this

it seems like a regedit problem, how did u uninstall the game before installing it? Did u use the windows uninstaller? If just deleted the folder it leaves the regedit keys so that could be the problem, solution is try to uninstall from windows uninstaller

I have formate my PC. I had to REGEDIT for the DLCs to work. Some times I can play on different servers and then on the same server that I have just played. This problem starts

Must I download the entire game or can I just copy the game back into the Battlefield 4 folder once the download started?
