Weird Issue

I have a weird issue, during gameplay, I get a random issue whether it is lag or performance, but whatever action I perform (for example running) I lose response for my keyboard and mouse and my character is stuck performing whatever action I was doing.  It only last for a second or two, but it occurs frequently every couple of minutes.

This never happened during beta, updated all my drivers, but still cannot figure it out.
