Weapon zoom moves gun to the ground

Waited 40 minutes for EA tech to tell me to post it here. When I zoom with any weapon it moves the camera/gun to the ground, sometimes behind me.

This is happening on PC platform. It is a fresh install but will run repair tool anyways.

Repair did not solve the issue. EA tech guy said it is a known bug but I don't seem to be finding many others having the same problem.

Might be a silly question, but have you got by any chance another peripheral (controller or mouse/keyboard) connected to your computer on top of your existing setup?

I'm also having this problem on ps4 cannot keep weapons up at all hardly
