Weapon pack issue

I have bought a weapon pack and it is installed and have received confirmation email however the weapons are not available can anyone help???

I would try logging out and back into battlelog to see if they appear.  It may also take alittle time for it to show.

Also keep in mind that the weapons packs only pertain to the base game weapons and not any weapons that were released with a DLC or ones that need to be unlocked via an assignment.
