Hi,

 

I am trying to preorder BF4 DD, and no matter what card I enter, it will tell me this. What's going on?

 

- Have tried different browsers

- Have tried different PCs

- Have tried different CC's

- Have tried new accounts!

There is no option in the Help browser to talk to a live agent, let alone call them to find out why my credit card isn't able to be verified.  I have contacted my credit card company (VISA), and I have been told that it is functional.  There's clearly something wrong with the EA / Origin client, including the lack of options to speak to an agent.  What is going on?  Why does this have to be such a pain to order?

 

Here, the moderator states there's a live chat button on the top right of the browser.  There is NOTHING there: http://forum.ea.com/eaforum/posts/list/9676129.page

 

What more do we have to do?  This is beyond frustrating to the point where I am planning on just not buying the game at all and requesting a refund on the expansion purchase.

I chatted with someone and they were unable to help me.  The game either goes missing from the cart or its unable to verify my cc.  I've tried everything they suggested and nothing.

If your CC service/bank is based in US, then most likely they (your CC) declined that transaction

I am from saudi arabia. I tried to purchase BF3 premium & BF4  same error showing. Please provide us a solution to purchase.
