Unable to use indirect fire and perimeter defense field upgrades

Not sure if this has been mentioned yet but, after todays  ps3 update (1-15-14), I was hoping this was fixed, but in the support class, the last two field upgrades for the support class (perimeter defense and indirect fire) are still not working, anyone know what is going on.
