Hey guys,
I totally understand how frustrating this can be. Billing errors and purchasing issues are never fun.
A couple of things to keep in mind:
1. This is a community driven support channel. We cannot resolve this issue here.
2. You may want to contact your bank to ensure there are no blocks on the billing process you chose.
3. Check this FAQ https://help.ea.com/article/troubleshooting-payment-issues to try to workaround your current issue.
4. If you are seeing this issue, again, you need to contact an Advisor, provide as much detail as possible and make sure they escalate it to a Specialist for further investigation.
Again, I'm truly sorry you're frustrated, but let's try to remain civil.

Bought the DD then got a note saying It was refunded. Contacted GA only to hear them blaming me that it was my fault.
Tried 3 credit cards only to have them all display the same thing "#10048 Unable to process."
I'm just curious, do they actually want us to purchase the game? There are people throwing 100$ at the screen with no results.

While I understand it is launch day and there are prone to be issues... Between the response in this thread and the frustration your customers are going through to give you money... More could be done on EA's part than to blame to the customers computer or their banking account for what is clearly an EA processing issue.
I've tried to give you $120 several times today for a game that really shoudn't cost that much to begin with. I've tried several different cards and my paypal account. All of them have plenty of money in it and I have checked with the bank to make sure there is no "blocking".
Would it be so difficult to own up to it being EA's problem?
Also, I just confirmed the issue isn't on my end because I was able to order the new Call Of Duty with no problems at all.

Hi guys,
Had the same problem for days. Have been waiting for the customer support to contact me, but no word from them for week now.
But, there is light at the and of the tunnel go to greenmangaming.com and purchase the game! And I even saved 18 euros. It is 59.99 on origin and 42.16 on greenmangaming.com
no problems, no errors, just a minute work. you get the key, enter it on origin and that's it!

I've been trying for the last 2 weeks to purchase. I've tried the servce advisor and chat. I've tried 3 credit cards and my paypal. It will not allow me to purchase. I've had no problem buying bf3 all the packs or crisis. Origin last night just said "we'll look into it". I'm pissed I've tried multiple times to buy a $119 product and they could careless. I've been a devoted fan of the series since BF 1942. I guess it's back to BF3 and BF2.
I am an experience computer tech. This problem is on origin (EA's) end.
