I got the exactly same problem... I talk three times with a EA guy and nothing change. I just want to buy battlefield 4 and it's Impossible? You are EA the only thing you want is our money, so why don't you let us pay for it?? And i also try with three diferent credit cards...

I'm getting this same issue as well. bought a new dell insperion 15 so i could buy/play bf4dd+premium and i cant even order it using my visa debit. feel like i wasted $430 now and i havnt even bought the game yet. total bs.

dude just go to amazon and buy a downloadable version from there. it is a bit cheaper and while you do need origin to download the game you don´t need it to buy the game so you should be alright

We tried to reset the router (wireless internet modem in your house). It worked like a charm. Spoke with EA Help advisors for 2 hours, they didn't know any s**t.
