Unable to Play due to 'install or upgrade' requirement

Hi, I have the premium version of BF4.

I havent tried to play it for a couple of months, but now when I do it says I cannot play due to:

YOU NEED TO INSTALL OR PATCH THE GAME BEFORE PLAYING.

I right click on the game and check for updates and it reports that I am up to date.

I right click on the game and select 'repair game' and it went through the whole process and still no change.

I cannot seem to get it to work.

Please advise.

@BravoRom Have you tried to re install the battlelog plugin and update flash?

Make sure that you have latest version of flash installed http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?no_redirect

Uninstall the Plugin and delete the containing folder placed in: C:\Program Files (x86)\Battlelog Web Plugins. Then download the most recent plugin version from this link Click this for instant download
