Transferring data from xbox 360 to xbox one

So I am a battlefield 4 premium member and I started playing on Xbox 360and recently bought a Xbox one so I decided to transfer my data to the xbox one. I transferred the data but all my DLC assignments wouldn't show up. It showed I completed them but I could not use the weapons,dog tags, and Camos. I can play all the doc but only use base game weapons and premium camos. How do I get it so I can use the guns that assignments i completed one the Xbox 360 on the Xbox one
