Stats Transfer

Hello, I have battlefield premium on my Xbox 360 but just recently upgraded to a PS4 I was wondering if their was a way I could have it transfered or repurchased at a discounted price? Both account on PS4/360 are under my name and on the same Battlelog. Please help.

You are not able to perform a statistic transfer from a Xbox360 to a PlayStation console. The only offered statistic transfer exist from PS3 to PS4 and Xbox 360 to Xbox One.
