I paid for Battlefield 4 just after release and quickly realized could not run it on my useless PC so I recently built a new one and then bought Battlefield 4 premium on the recent origins sale. I then launched the game and ended up in battlelog and saw I was level 40 and had played for about 115+ hours. My user name was the same as I had previously chosen back when the game released. I also saw that I apparently lived in Ukraine when I really live in the UK. So I changed that to the UK. I have been playing on this account for about a week now and realize that I have missed out as many of the weapons and equipment available have already been unlocked. So my question is, is it possible to have my Battlefield 4 account completely reset so that i can actually experience the leveling up system?

@CatalyticFilly it sounds like someone has been in your account so first thing to do is put on log in verification to keep others out of your account. To have the account reset to zero you will need to contact a EA game adviser to have this done and yes it can be done once you fully explain the issue of someone else has been in your account and ranked it up. Due to it is rare to have a account put back to starting everything over you will need to let them know it looks like your account was hacked due to level 40 and you have not played yet. Before you end the talk with them make sure you still have premium as a buddy of mine had same issue as yours and they forgot to give his premium back to him so he had to contact them again.
