Single player assignment not unlocking even I did therequirements

guys，I finished campaign many times，and did all assignment，but there are still two assignments（south China sea gold）and（Singapore gold）are not unlocked in soldier page.how can i solve this problem？

@OttoVP PC，and i tried many solutions on forum。such as replay campaign，delete the save and replay so on。but those two assignments just as grey as they were。
