No, no it doesn't, but it's still a cool kit for busy people like myself.

It has been released, and The Battlefield 4 Weapon Shortcut Bundle contains all Weapon Unlocks for every type of weapon. It can be purchased $14.99 / £9 (approx.)

How to Purchase on Console:

On the menu of Battlefield 4, press 'STORE' and go down to 'SHORTCUT BUNDLES' on the bottom right and press on it. From there, go down to the third pack, the 'Battlefield 4 Weapon Shortcut Bundle'. Then proceed to purchase it.
