SUPER HIGH PING WITH GOOD INTERNET

I purchased battlefield 4 yesterday. I live in India and have a 8Mbps airtel connection which should be more than enough for playing game online ,but for some reason no matter how much i try searching for severs with low ping ,i don't get any .on ever server i have ping over 200 and hence i get disconnected every single time.what should i do?

QUIT Downloading porn and playing BF4 @ the same time might be a possible solution

Can i please have a real solution. I want to play this game multiplayer which is impossible with the ping i am getting right now.
