If you after trying out the above stated guides would by any chance encounter this problem again, i would advice you to contact an EA Advisor that speaks or writes in Italian.
1 Click on the following link: https://help.ea.com/contact-us
2 Make sure that you're signed in and select your country by clicking on the flag located on the top left corner.
3 Select your game. (Battlefield 4)
4 Select the platform you play on (PS4) and click Next
5 Select the topic, and describe the issue
6 Select a contact option.
