SERVER JOINING PROBLEM PS4

Hi i play BF4on PS4 anytime when i try to join a server, i can't do it because the game tell's me that i have lost Connecticut to the game, solutions? (Sorry for My bad english i'm italian)

3 Select your game. (Battlefield 4)
4 Select the platform you play on (PS4) and click Next
5 Select the topic, and describe the issue
