We've had nothing but issues with our rented server but today it's lag. such bad lag that it's unplayable agian.
i tried to contact EA but the wait time was over 60 min.

bump, i can't get ahold of chat, i've contacted help, i've posted here.
we get either "failed to join" or bad LAG.
why are we being ignored?

just got dashboarded trying to join our server.

keep getting dashboarded when i try to join our server. nobody can join again. please, why am i paying money for this. please help us! why won't you even reply?! why do you ignore all requests for help after buying your products?

getting booted, dashboard and failed to join again today! i just renewed this thing, why are we being punished for giving your our money?

Have you tried these troubleshooting steps yet?
Go to Settings> Disc and Blu-ray> Persistent Storage> Clear that out
Then try going to Settings> Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate Mac Address> clear that out> then restart the console.
It may escalate to you having to clear the Xbox One's system cache by following these steps:
1) Un-install the game
2) Turn off console for 3 minutes (Unplug everything as well)
3) Plug the console back in and turn it on
4) Connect back to Xbox Live
5) Installing the game again (before installation it asks to update)
Note: Do not start the game at all while it's updating or downloading.
