I have recently purchased a rented server and i have a few problems
Seems like a waste of money and is really frustrating please look into this maybe cancel my current server and give me one that actually works ...would be a good start to this problem!

These are known bugs/glitches that may be addressed in a future update, but please remain patient while they're being worked on.
You can get time refunded on your server by contacting an Electronic Arts Battlefield 4 technical support agent here: http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/?product=battlefield-4
1) Pick the device you need help with.
2) Select the topic your problem falls under, and provide some more information on the issue.
3) Select 'Live Chat' or 'Call Me' depending on what is available, and what you would prefer.
