Refund Request Dissapeared

My refund request for Battlefield 4 dissapeared shortly after I submitted one and now I am unable to do another refund request. Also, when viewing the order history it says the a refund request has been made but when I look for it in my cases it says "sorry this page does not exist"

I recommend to get in contact with one of our Game Advisor in this case. If the refund request was sent, they can check your account and look for the sent case.
