Refund BF4 Premium

Hi everyone at EA, I accidentally bought two of the Battlefield 4 Premium download, and it wasn't activated. I first bought the product through the battlelog website, and it didn't give me any notification that I bought it previously, so I went into Origin and bought it through there, and I did get a notification on my Email. Is there a way to refund on the premium I just recently purchased? I would be very greatful! 

And how long would the Premium activation be for? I would sincerely like to know. I have the "Order History". Please advise!

Just to add, Premium service is forever and a one time fee. You will not need to purchase it again.mileywink:
