Do you want a well informed answer by a person who knows what he's talking about? Spend some time creating a well made question!

 

A subject text for that question could look something like:

[PLATFORM] "descriptive text that allows others to know if that's the issue they have too"

Good example:

[PC] Corrupt game giving Error 123456 after Origin update 6. march

Bad example:

HELP, BATTLEFIELD HARDLINE!!!!1.1,.

 

Besides that, this checklist is a really good beginning:

List of information you should provide depending on problem

Graphic Issues (FPS, Stutttering, Artifacts etc.):

  • A detailed description of your problem
  • A list of what have you tried already to fix the issue
  • Full system specifications (remember to mention overclocked components)
  • When did it happen? have it happened before? What did you do before it happened?
  • Temperatures of components (CPU, GPU, Motherboard etc.)
  • Link to an uploaded image or youtube video with the command "perfoverlay.drawgraph 1" running.
  • Link to uploaded dxdiag
  • Which driver version is installed for your graphics card?

Battlelog Plugin Issues:

  • A detailed description of your problem
  • A list of what have you tried already to fix the issue
  • When did it happen? have it happened before? What did you do before it happened?
  • Browser and it's version number
  • Step by step description of what you do until something goes wrong
  • Link to screenshots/youtube video of it happening
  • Version of Battlelog plugin installed

Crashes:

  • A detailed description of your problem
  • A list of what have you tried already to fix the issue
  • Full system specifications (remember to mention overclocked components)
  • Exact copy paste of the error given (if any)
  • When did it happen? have it happened before? What did you do before it happened?
  • Temperatures of components (CPU, GPU, Motherboard etc.)
  • A copy paste of the event log of the crash from the Windows Event Viewer
  • A list of other programs you have running
  • Link to uploaded dxdiag
  • Which driver version is installed for your graphics card?

Origin Issues

  • A detailed description of your problem
  • A list of what have you tried already to fix the issue
  • When did it happen? have it happened before? What did you do before it happened?
  • Origin version number
  • Do you have more than one Origin account?

Network Connection Issues

  • A detailed description of your problem
  • When did it happen? have it happened before? What did you do before it happened?
  • Description of your network setup in great detail (routers, switches etc.)
  • What kind of internet do you have? ISP?
  • How long have you had the issue?
  • What servers do you have this problem on?
  • What time of day is this an issue?
  • Do you share the connection or download while playing?
  • Results of a http://www.speedtest.net test
  • Link to a screenshot of the results of a UOTrace: help.ea.com/en/article/ping-traceroute-and-uo-trace/
