Problem with BF4, " About graphic card"

Hello,

I've some problems with my BF4. When the game is loading, my bf4 crash and said that :

But I've already updated the lastest drivers and same for the directx. I don't understand. Any ideas to help me out?

Did you restart your Pc after driver update? If not then just reboot your PC and then try to restart the game.

Hey, 

-Check that your graphic is card is properly connected properly and securely.

- Do a clean reinstall of your graphics drivers.

start install of nVidia drivers and then select 'custom install / clean install' option

-Reinstall DirectX (AGAIN)

1:go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 4\__Installer\directx\redist
2:Find file named DXSETUP.exe and double click it (while connected to the internet). Install it. It should update your DirectX install.
3: You might need to reboot computer first.
4: try to launch game.
