Premium not fully installed?

I bought Premium for the PS4 on the 20th if April and I could not access the premium content other than the map packs. When I try to access the battlepacks and other premium content it says I still need to purchase premium. I saw something saying it should correct itself in a few days but it has yet to do so. I was just wondering what, if anything, I could do to fix this. Thank you for your time, and I hope you know someway to fix this issue.

I do not play on the PS4 so thi smay sound strange...

Try deleteing Premium and redownloading it. If that doesn't work, contact EA Help with proof of purchasing Premium.
