Premium dog tags last set still blank

I am a premimum owner and I have opened every battlle pack out there. I had to reinstall the game and the premimum content a while back and every since the last set of dag tags have stayed shadowed ( the ones that look like a flash drive.) How do I get these back?

That is how it should be. Don't Worry! They come with Final Stand dlc and you have to actually find them on Final Stand maps. Good luck.
