Hello, I'm just wondering, if I buy EA access for one month, and get the free Premium, do I keep it when the subscription from EA Access runs out?

As far as I know when your EA Access subscription will be ended you will lose access to your Premium.

I am really sorry, but @IIPrest0nII is right, Premium will be available for you as long, as your EA Access subscription is valid. You will have to buy it separately, should you decide to unsubscribe from EA Access.
