Ping issues, keep on getting kicked

I go on battlefield and into the server browsing and sort servers by the lowest ping and i join one. I usually join servers that have a ping of 55 and below. I starting playing the game and about 3 minutes in I get kicked for having ping over 330?!?!?! My download speed is 170 mbps and upload is 17 mbps. How do i fix this?

all i can tell you is to try close background programs that use the internet, since they will bumb up your ping quite a bit, beyond that i personaly cant help
