Phantom dogtags final stand

I have been playing for a few days now and i have done the previous phantom assignments but its not leting me interact with any the dogtags i have came across to unlock the bow dose anyone have any suggestions what im doing wrong ?

Go prone/ lay down to get the E to pick up  the dog tag, you may also have to move around a bit for the E to show up. I hope this helps some.

I have done that but it still doesn't let me interact with the dogtag

Try to lay down. As far as I remember it's mandatory for a couple dogtags.

Iv lay dow at 3 dogtags and it still hasebt came up to interact with it

Have you tried to open up the boxes with your knife? You cannot pick up dogtags you already have.

Yes i have and i dont have any dogtags i thought it was the knife that was breaking the dogtag so i changed my knife to the bayonet and it still wasnt letting me interact with the dogtags
