Patch SR338

The stats on the SR338 are broken, I use it on Zavod311 I have not gotten ANY one shot kills, fix the stats, or fix the stats and make it a DMR.

Sniper rifles are not one shot kills outside of Hard Core unless you get a headshot. Also the Answer HQ is a place for technical help, suggestions such as yours are now able to be serviced here on the AHQ and are best tweeted directly to the devs on Twitter or on Battlelog.
