PS4 server browser

One day out of the blue after 2 years my browser stopped showing all the servers. I have been playing with the filters for about a month now and even delete and reinstall everything and still not working anywhere near normal. If I select only full servers I'm lucky if it shows me one. If it shows more than one, they are usually all ranked.
I know it's not showing all servers because if I go to my son's login I'll see like 20 full large conquest servers + he can see every server on the planet.
Please help.

Oh, and I can see all of the servers from the mobile app just fine so I know they are there still.
