PS4 Terrible Connectivity for BF4 ONLY After Server Hardware Update

After the server hardware update, I've been experiencing massive rubber banding and disconnecting -- all the issues complained about, BEFORE the updates, are effecting me now.

I remember in BFBC2 I had to open a few ports on PS3.
Do I need to open ports for BF4 on PS4?
