[PS4] PS3 to PS4 Transfer-Missing Dogtags

My fiance and I recently bought a PS4 and transferred our PS3 stats to the PS4. However we are both missing Dog Tags that we had earned.

The two accounts in question are this one:

Origin: Bad_Wolf22_S33L

PS3/PS4:  BadWolf223

and

Origin: west545

PS3/PS4: DocWest556

The ones we seem to be missing are our earned horoscope tags. We both had Leo, Virgo, and Libra. Our Leo and Virgo show up in our 'Soldier' menus on the PS4 itself, but are missing from our Battlelog PS4 soldiers. Libra is missing completely from our PS4 accounts. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
