PS4 Frozen at wlcome screen [ Edited ]

I bought this game 11/16 on release day and I've never gotten to play it. It freezes on the welcome screen every single time and I wanted all this time for a patch to fix it. I've deleted and reloaded the game several times. I recently took the game back to Walmart and exchanged it for a new disc. Guess what? Same **bleep**. It freezes at the welcome screen and I have to close the application and it goes to the blue error screen. What can I do??

edit: All other games work fine. Even other EA games have never had this issue. The only time this happens is with BF4

A few basic questions:

One - Are you on PS Latest SW?

Two - Have you updated the SW for PS4?

Three - Have you deleted the ALL BF4 files when you were reinstalling the game?

yes I am sure I have deleted all Bf4 content prior to reloading. I've done that several times.

And I am fairly sure that I am running newest SW. When I get home, I'll double check but I don't know why it wouldnt be running the newest sw.
