PS3 Issue with BF4 DLCs [ Edited ]

I downloaded the DLCs, launched them to install them

Watched the system go through the motions installing the pack, once it was completely installed I launch BF4

But when I search for games and find one it still says "buy DLC" instead of "join"

Am I missing a step?
