PS3 Battlefield 4 Store Grey store + cant access store

Hey EA, i still cant download the DLC china rising.

in fact i cant even go in the in-game store. on battlefield 4

I tried to install and uninstall it. but that doesnt work for me.

Could someone explain at least whats happining and who else have this problem?
