PC entering in vehicle crash on pc

BF4 crashes almost every time i enter a vehicle, but most of the time, on anykind of game mode.  I have a ton of points and ranks i've lost because of the game crashing.  I didn't have this problem until i bought premium. I want my points i've lost and my ranks that i could of received because of this.  It's a serious time losss 30 40 mins into a game then crash and you get nothing!!!!  I didn't pay $130 for this please fix!!!!
