I get "An Error has occurred while trying to process your request." When trying to enter my Amazon pre-order key for BF4. What gives?

Only Customer support has the needed tools and permissions to deal with account related enquireries.

6 Click on the blue button "I still need help" if the FAQ articles do not apply to your situation.
7 Select a contact option. Note that you may get different contact options depending on your country.

Thanks I assume this means that this is not just that its not activated in the system yet (as since it was just released?) I didnt want to contact support if its a known issue with amazon keys.
