Nvidia Driver Crash

★★★ Newbie

This week when I was trying to play BF4 again, a warning came up telling me that I have to update my Nvidia driver (but Nvidia don't let me update the driver, I'm stuck with GeForce337.88 Driver).

I press OK to continue anyway, the game loads right but I can't do nothing in game, no mouse or keyboard response.

I got a desktop, Windows 8.1, i7 - 3770, 3.4 Ghz, 8 GB, Nvidia GeForce 210 - 1 GB, 100 MB connection, 1440 x 900 - 60 Hz.

I'm stuck with GeForce337.88 Driver...

Thank you!

Hello

Try this:

  • Reinstall the game.
  • Upgrade your windows.
  • Completely remove and again install the driver for your video card.  NVIDIA drivers
  • Also, try to reinstall or upgrade DirectX.  DirectX  or go to the folder with the game.(....Battlefield4=>_Installer=>DirectX=>redist=>and find the DXSETUP)
  • After reboot your PC.

Good luck.
