No more MTAR on xbox one

I have over 7000 kills with my mtar and all is unlocked but I can't access it. It says it's locked and I must do assignment. I can see it on my battlelog app and also at battlelog.com but on the console is not available. I contacted EA and they said that it was done they had fixed it but it's not true please help with that or simply remove it for everyone cause the gameplay is not fair I can't use my support class.
