No footstep sound or vehicle sound

This is a problem that I come accross quite often when joining a server.

The only solution I have found is to keep joining servers untill the problem have gone away.

Can't hear any footsteps, not my own or anyone elses, no effect when running through bushes or what not.

Vehicles don't make their sound either, the only sounds that I can hear are shouts from other players or gun releated sounds.

(ie firing and grenades)

I expereinced the same problem in the Beta but not very frequently, 1/20 games had it but now on retail it's more like 1/6.

Running a ASUS Xonar DGX Sound Card and not the integrated on my motherboard, latest drivers and all that.

This is happening in some maps only i experiencing this issue as well, no need to worry is a global bug so DICE going to fix in upcoming patch
