New computer, says on badges, OUT of TIME

trying to play my games at the last minute due to new computer, somehow, my time got reset to GMT, I live in Mountain  I RESET, but still will not let me get my badges... I lost my computer last week due to FIRE, I didn't change any settings, so why did the game not let me finish my time this week

Are you speaking about BF4 or Hardline and is this game time related?
