Need help with scout helli "little bird"

So I have unlocked tracking missiles on the scout helli but they are still unavailable I know how to switch weapons on the helli and it would tell me at the bottom middle of the screen however where the missile slot would be I have a circle with a line though it.. I have unlocked fire extinguisher and it still didn't load the missiles. It says on my battlelog that I unlocked it and I can see it clearly unlocked there. I have also re-downloaded the game to see if that was it too..Nope..Any other ideas?

OMG I figured it out...the helli has a loadout all of its own..it doent automaticly put it in there
