My perimeter defense perk keeps reseting once I unlock the 3 claymore level

Once I unlock the 3 claymores defensive perk while playing BF4, I can use it for that game. When the game ends, I have to restart the perimeter defense progression all over again. This has happened three times now and frankly, it is pissing me off. Please fix this ASAP..
