My perimeter defense perk keeps reseting once I unlock the 3 claymore level

Once I unlock the 3 claymores defensive perk while playing, I can use it. Whenever I turn the game off and resume playing the next day, I have to restart the perimeter defense progression all over again. This has happened twice and frankly, it is pissing me off. Please fix this for me.
