My bf4 collect ores edition doc and vet pack and premium items

My premium items I got when I bought my bf4 I received them for 3 days then they all disappeared my premium cameos and my fiberglass knife and a. Few of my gun attachments and gun camo, shave all disappeared when I logged I today I had them now they are all gone and I don't know why I payed extras for the doc and collectors edition of the game know half of my content is missing
